"Overall the hotel and staff were very nice and polite. The only problem we had was at the breakfast on the second morning Soft poached eggs were ordered but after waiting for 15 minutes and reminding staff, they came out like bullets! The rest of the food was quite cold as well "

"Room was a good size. Just disappointed that despite a booking for 2 adults, 2 children. Only 1 set of towels provided and coffee/cups for 2\. Requested more towels and was meant to have enough per person but only 2 more brought. Kids had to share. Heating is also an issue as visiting family so only came back to room at 9.30pm. Couldn’t leave heating on so was very cold with the wind arriving back and having to insert key card to make heating work. A rubbish system. Glad it wasn’t any colder. Place wa fine but sadly these bits made it not so comfy. "
