« This was a great home. The common areas were spacious and the kitchen appeared well stocked. Some of the decor/finished were a little dated but the space itself was great. The outside area is amazing, there is a fire pit and a swing right on the water. Definitely would stay again. »

« The pros:Check in was extremely easy and it was communicated perfectly on how to access building. We had a large group and the house was able to fit all of us and they were super cool about the additional members. I very much appreciated that. The house appeared to have everything we needed. We could not locate washer and dryer because usually during my stays I leave the house fully clean and I do the linens and towels and I wasn’t able to do that but the description stated there was a washer...

« This was our second stay and we stayed for 5 nights. We love it as it is dog friendly, clean and quaint. We enjoyed the fire pit, grill station, hammock and kayaking during sunsets. The views are incredible outside and from the inside. We stayed off season so it was quite chilly, but you can always warm up in the indoor sauna:). Great hiking opportunities in the nearby state parks (Newport and Death Door Bluff), The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended! »

« Went to Sister Bay for Fall Festival. We LOVED this little house. It was perfect for our group. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The fireplace added a nice torch for chilly fall nights & the fire pit & grill were perfect for s’mores and steaks. The home was very clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again. « We love this place for the 2 of us. Beautiful location right on the water in Gills Rock. Small but functional kitchen, so we can eat some meals in. Great bathroom and huge closet. The views are spectacular all day and into the evening! And the sunsets!! Gretel and Dan are amazing hosts and we will return, again and again! »

« This is a older resort but well maintained. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. our room had a whirlpool tub, fireplace, kitchenette with toaster, coffee maker and dishes, and a large balcony. We hope to return in the fall. »

« Solo visit with my dog as companion prepping boat for 2024 season. Property is neat as a pin, quiet, and located very convenient to all that sister bay has to offer. Michelle was VERY responsive and all communications were pro active, professional, yet personable. Lots of nice touches in rental made us feel right at home immediately. Great spot and great stay! »
