"Clean rooms and helpful approachable staff. Convenient location in Queen Anne area with many options for eating, since the hotels offers none and shopping for essentials in the area since it is walking distance to the Seattle Center. All of the provided basic amenities in the room were very well presented and conveniently arranged for easy access.
The rooftop patio area was warmly decorated with ample seating and great views of puget sound but unfortunately, there were no table mounted umbrellas for shade from the sun. Our stay was during a 90°+, sunny stretch of days which limited or ability to enjoy it fully. The underground parking was a big plus also.
Overall I'd give it a solid B+ rating compared to the 5 star hotels I'm more accustomed to staying in. There was no usable balcony room avaliable either."
