Grand Sierra Resort and Casino

"We really liked the hotel. We had no problem finding a close in parking spot. They have room for lots of cars. We used the self check-in inside. The machine did not show where to put the drivers license so it was not working. I pushed my license into the machine and could not get it back. I went to find someone to help while my wife watched the machine. I found a staff person but by the time I got back a kind gentlemen had used his knife to get my license and helped my wife start the process. I finished it and we had our room. While we left some money in the slot machines, we had a good time. The cafe and the buffet were great. Checkout was easy and the highway we needed was just outside the parking area. We were on the 17th floor. It was quiet, clean, comfortable etc."

"The room was very nice and very clean, beds were also very comfortable. I gave only 4 stars due to the pool closing so early. When we went to go swimming the pool had already closed and wasn’t even late."
