Everything we needed
The property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We had a small issue with a slow sink drain and it was repaired within a couple hours of when I messaged the owner. Location is very convenient. Close to the beach and close to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! We had a problem with the AC remote control but management was very responsive. One side note: The listing said all newly remodeled, but not all - the bathroom is quite dated but no issues.

I like the back courtyard and the pool where everyone gathered- it was nice to meet others. It was easily walkable to the ocean and restaurants. David was always available.

Long Weekend Away
All was good!! I stayed in a one bedroom villa, quiet, clean, and bright with all amenities that I needed. The host was prompt in sending welcome emails and the security code for the villa I stayed in. Beach was in close walking distance and plenty of chairs and umbrellas to choose from to take with you. This was perfect for an R&R vacation. There is a small pool right outside the door and the beach was less than a 5 minute walk. And the beach is the most beautiful I've seen in the US (feels like you are on a Caribbean Island with the soft white sane and clear blue water. Plus the host was very accomodating with any questions I had during my stay.

Lovely little efficiency unit that was extremely basic but well located. Didn’t expect much re the unit and was pleasantly surprised as to the access to beach and fabulous restaurants. Very basic unit with limited facilities but location is every!

Fantastic for a short getaway; close to beach, nice heated pool, convenient to everything
This is a clean, well decorated studio - king bed and kitchenette (not a full refrigerator but holds basics for breakfast and lunch and a bag of ice in freezer. Nice big closet. Shower is small but nice. Door opens to a nice table to eat net to a heated pool. Beach is a short 3 min walk past some beautiful homes and down a pretty sand trail. Beach is white sand.

Perfect getaway!
This property is in the perfect location. My wife and I needed a break to celebrate our anniversary and this was just what we wanted. Close to restaurants, shops and a quick stroll to the beach! We will be coming back.

Poor value for the money
There were no screens on the windows, couldn't open the windows if you wanted to, which you don't because raccoons prowl around at night, we saw two. One has to ask the property manager for towels, toilet paper, shampoo, trash bags etc. the 2 soaps provided were postage stamp size. , shampoo and conditioner, one of each for a 7 day stay , 2 people, were 2 0z each. They don't respond to texts in the evening, so you'll be waiting. Beach chairs, tables were old, rusty, standing water near the pool for days , the shower stall was 2 1/2 feet wide , I shaved my legs in the kitchen sink. The rules said no children , but guess what , for at least one night , toddlers. The sheets were mostly polyester, sticky when combined with fresh beach skin, yuck. These people want high dollar for low value. Lights shine into the room at night, no way to turn them off . It was close to the beach . They did have use of washer and dryer , which was nice , relatively clean , nice heated pool .

What an amazing place. It's a beautiful and quaint place which is in the best location and will not disappoint. You are a 2 minute walk to Point of Rocks Beach and a 5 minute trolley ride to The Village. We will definitely be back!

This place was a great find! It’s only a block from the beach and convenient to get to the village or Sarasota. This place was very clean, very reasonable price, and the manager was very helpful in changing our dates when our flights were changed by Allegiant. We really appreciated that and hope to come back!

I surprised my husband for our 10 year wedding anniversary with a trip to Florida and this property was perfect!! We were close to the beach and downtown where there are shops, restaurants and bars! Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach!!!
We chose this location because of the proximity to the beach and that did not disappoint. The room was as shown in the pictures. Everything was clean, the pool was warm and the owners have a very quick reply time so if you have any questions they are there to help. Lots of good restaurants within a 3-20 minute drive. We personally loved downtown Sarasota that had more of a night life. The location was quiet and great for relaxing. I would highly recommend this location!! :)
