夜遅くの到着となったため、無料ピックアップは使えないとのことでした。日本語版に片道送迎無料と書いてあったので、空港まで送るのはどうかというとそれはできないとの対応です。 また、4部屋に7人宿泊しましたが、電話が通じない部屋２、ポットがない部屋１、ドライヤーがない部屋１、グラスがない部屋２など、設備が記載と違っていました。 お部屋は概ね清潔でしたが、バスタオルがひどい。朝食はおいしく、量も十分でした。体調不良者がいたので夕食をレストランでとろうとしたらクローズだという。前日はオープンしていたのであてにしていたので大変でした。 価格を抑えて割り切って宿泊するにはよいと思います。

The hotel is family owned and you couldn’t find nicer, kinder people anywhere. They treat their customers like family. They try their best to serve their clients and do a wonderful job. The only criticism is the location. The entrance is down an alley that looks pretty rough. There is garbage and discarded things in many places. That being said, there are families living in this alley and although it looks rough, we never felt unsafe walking down it. In fact you are likely to hear greetings from these people, especially the children who like to say ‘hello’ in English. In conclusion, the hotel is nice and clean, it is a bit sparse in decorations, the price is great, the pool is wonderful, and the owners and staff are the best. So long as the alley doesn’t bother you, I would recommend it.

空港、アンコールワット、市街地に近くて立地が良かった。 ただホテルがメインの通りから少し入ったところにあるので、一人で夜は歩くのは少し怖いかも。 しかし、治安の悪さは感じなかった。 ホテル自体は清潔。 ただ鍵が閉まりにくかったり、トイレが流れにくい。 クーラーも温度調節ができなかった。 しかし、不自由するほどではない。

They really will look after you very well!

They really looked after us well! The room is clean, beds are comfortable, there is bathtub and separate good shower. Air con is strong and there's a balcony with a pool. They can look after transport to the temples, our driver was very nice always offering water, taking us up and down always smiling. A++ definitely recommend!

L'hotel si trova leggermente fuori dal centro,ma la struttura complessivamente è buona,la stanza è grande,con balcone che dà sulla piscina sottostante. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa,camera pulita,colazione semplice ma abbondante,provate il the caldo al limone,buonissimo!!!!! L'hotel è pulito,personale molto cordiale e gentile,servizio tuc tuc fuori dall' hotel (si può prenotere direttamente dall'hotel per visitare Angkor Wat,chiedete di Mister Dong!!!) Piscina un po piccolina,ma funzionale,con tante sdraio e lettini per gli ospiti,immersa nel verde. Super consigliato!!!

Can’t expect more for the price.

The hotel is located in a rural area. No street pavement. No sound insulation at all; Noises can be heard from outside of the room and downstairs. Towels are old and smell.

Buona sistemazione, camera con letto grande e comodo.ottima colazione.umico inconveniente la doccia che ogni volta allargava tutto il bagno. Transfer aeroporto 5 €.perfetto. in città si mangia bene con 5/8 € il costo più alto è l,ingresso et ai templi.

Clean room not as what expected.friendly staff,good food at their restaurant, but it’s nicer if all rooms are with veranda,location is not so good as we need to walk bit far from main road and tuktuk drivers are not so fluent in english have a hard time communicating with them.

깨끗한 호텔

화장실 수압이 좋고, 뜨거운 물이 잘 나옴. 객실도 깨끗하고, 수영장도 좋음. 다만 객실문 아래 틈으로 들어오는 아주 작은 벌레들은 어쩔 수 없는 것 같음. 직원들도 친절하고 밖에는 툭툭 기사님들이 계셔서 이동이 수월함.
