The hotel is on a quiet street. Walking distance from the main road and a grocery store. Near restaurants and massage places. Front desk staff is very helpful.

We have mixed feelings about our stay in Cambana, thus the 3 star review. There was construction at the hotel which started at 7:20 am everyday (even on Sundays) and the hotel did not bother to inform us before our arrival. The pool was a BIG factor why we booked this place but we didn’t even get to use it one time during our 6 day stay. There was construction debris in the pool and the noise all day was just unbearable. On another note, our two bedroom suite was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent, which is exactly what we needed after exploring the temples all day. The staff were always helpful and made us feel at home. Make sure to ask for the tuktuk driver Bunthorm to drive you around the temples…he was definitely the highlight of our stay!

Even though the property itself is excellent with its lanai style and serene feel, the next door neighbors looking into our room window was off putting. Loved the pool and the staff were very friendly.

Family Trip - First time to Cambodia

Great for family as the service was provided based on exclusive needs of the family. Be it slight change in standard breakfast, need for additional equipments in the kitchen, arranging comfortable vehicles in quick time - all was handy when you are with kids. Mr Orleang was kind enough to personally take care of the special needs of the guests. Once he toile is for a day your when the other driver/guide wasn’t available. Not crowded and quiet place with easy access to main road.

Beautiful hotel. I like that the hotel has a Cambodian style to it as opposed to standard Western style hotel. The pool is beautiful and we even had a small personal pool on our balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good. I also like the location, in a typical part of the city as opposed to a tourist part of the city. It is located on what is called Cambodian Pub Street, which is the pubs the locals go to as opposed to the tourist Pub Street located downtown. I found the restaurants and bars on this street much more interesting than those on the more famous Pub Street. I would stay here again if I return to Siem Reap and highly recommend it to others.

Warm staff and lovely place to stay

Staff was amazingly willing to help. They even let us shower after we checked out to catch our flight later in the day. Booked activities with them and coordinated transfer to and from the airport. Great place to stay and wonderful room. Loved the welcome drink. Breakfast was great too.

This is a slice of heaven in a busy city... off the main road. Quiet and very peaceful. The staff are by far the best I’ve ever met. We were sad to leave. Would stay again and again.

Chambre moderne conforme aux photos, grande baignoire sur le balcon. Trajets en tuktuk inclus pour le centre ville de 16h à 20h sur simple demande. Personnel répondant à chaque demande, même tardive pour le lendemain : vous pouvez donc passer par eux au dernier moment pour programmer votre visite des temples.

Receptionist problems with maths

The stay was not too bad with just a few minor problems - dusty room, drink waiter not knowing how to mix drinks, new staff not been trained for their job, no choice in pillows (large was the only size). We asked for the account on the morning that we were due to leave so that we could check it, and all was in order. The account was for $62.55(US) and we paid $70(US) in total and told them to keep the change as up to that point we were reasonably happy. We got 5mins down the road when the tuk tuk driver received a phone call from the hotel to say that we had short paid by about $10. Luckily, I had asked for and had the receipts. We returned and the young girl that we had paid the account to told us that we were short. I pulled out the documents and along with her, found that we had paid more that what the account was $70(US) and that there was no error. We were inconvenienced because the trainee receptionist who was not supervised could not do math. Once we got to the airport, the tuk tuk driver told us that the manager of the hotel wanted to talk to me. He was most apologetic and said that the girl was very new at her job and that he was sorry that this problem had spoiled our trip. I accepted his apology and learned that you must ask for and keep receipts when staying at this site.

Very nice and atmospheric hotel

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with a nice and relaxing pool. The rooms are big and comfortable bed. My room was like a small apartment which we enjoyed it. The staff are helpful and very friendly. Like any other hotel in town, it need to take a tuk tuk into town centre, which is free from the hotel into town centre.

A pleasant and appealing atmosphere

We stayed for 4 nights (Family of 4 adults and a 2 year old toddler) Pros: Superb interiors Great Pool Tub in the room was good Welcome was great! The room was decorated so nicely when we checked in The aroma in the room was faboulous Super friendly staff Cons: - We had to leave the hotel at 6:30am where there was no free airport shuttle as promised since their operation was only from 7am and an option of transportation for additional USD 15 was provided. - Small fruit flies were found on the fruits during the breakfast and the staff needs to take pro active action for cleanliness. - Also, we had one rat in the room, which has shocked us and the hotel staff too. They were unable to trap it out, but promised to remove it after we checked out by bringing the concerned people.

특급호텔 같은 시설, 프로페셔널한 직원 및 맛있고 넉넉한 조식

시설은 매우 좋습니다.. 레지던스라 요리도 해먹을 수 있고, 별도의 거실이 있어 쾌적합니다. 아마 이 가격에 이정도의 시설의 호텔은 찾기 힘들 겁니다. 직원들도 별도의 교육을 받았는지 프로페셔널한 느낌을 받았고, 조식은 정말 훌륭합니다. 에피타이저 빵, 커피, 주스, 메인요리, 그리고 마지막 과일까지 나옵니다. 다만 주변지역이 펍스트리트와 조금 떨어져 있고, 주변에 공사를 하여 약간의 소음이 있습니다. 수영장은 유아용도 별도로 있고 괜찮은데 바로 옆에 공사중인 건물이 있어 안전상의 문제가 조금 있어 보이고 햇빛이 좀 안들어 옵니다.

The place is just amazing! Everything from lobby to the room was great, the atmosphere is so unique, the staff was really charming and helpful, the food was delicious, the pool is clean and calm. The location is not in the city center but i was looking something closer to Angkor Wat so you really can get there by bicycle. The restaurant's food quality is great and prices are reasonable. Elevator is currently not working due to some maintenance work so people with reduced mobility pay attention. I strongly recommend this place for everybody.

観光で６泊しましたが、大変満足のいく滞在となりました。観光では早朝ホテルで食事をして、トゥクトゥクや車をチャーターして遺跡巡りを楽しみました。また、他の日は、ダウンタウンまでフリーシャトルで行き、ショッピングや食事を楽しみました。 朝食も大変美味しく、コストパフォーマンスに優れたホテルだと思います。
