« Our large, 3-generation, family of 22 (ages 4-84) recently stayed at Coyote Ridge Estates for a week. It was an excellent choice as there was plenty of space for everyone to be together or to get some privacy/quiet if needed. The clubhouse appealed to "children" of all ages and both Leah and Randy were so responsive by text to any concerns that arose during our stay. « Scott & Ann were both super communicative. All pictures matched the property, and our stay was perfect. « We booked because our grandson was playing in Cooperstown All Star Village!!! Go Currituck Thunder for winning the monster bracket championship!! The drive back and forth to field wasn’t bad at all!! It was nice coming back in the evenings and feeling like you’re at home. House stocked nicely and host were awesome!! « Wonderful house, just as described, with access to a lake that is clean, beautiful, and perfect for swimming, boating, and fishing. The goats across the street are a fun plus. We loved using the boat and kayaks, and brought some of our own floats as well. A nice retreat. »

« We had an amazing time during our stay in Treadwell! We were 3 baseball families sharing the home during the Cooperstown All Star Village tournament. The 22 minute drive to the fields was scenic and convenient. The younger siblings enjoyed playing wiffle ball in the old horse run! Alex and Sara were hands off yet accessible when we had questions. We'll definitely be back in 2 years when our youngest son is Cooperstown bound! »

« These domes are incredible. Great views, peaceful and serene area with plenty of exploring for the kids. « First this property is set in a wooded, quiet, peaceful area. We arrived to find everything very clean and well stocked. Every room was comfortable and cozy. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. Our host checked in often to be sure we had everything we needed.
