There was no welcome, no offer of help, and no guidance to our room—just a cold reception. The room was uncomfortable, with an air conditioning unit you can’t control (it runs constantly), and the beds were rock hard—easily the worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Do not book breakfast. The food was low quality, limited, and repetitive. I looked at the evening meals and they were the same every night—unappetising and uninspired. The location is very poor if you don’t drive. I’d definitely stay here again.
