Property Summary  
Can Passos is a rustic single-family vacation rental house surrounded by trees and fields in Biniamar, 4 km from Inca. It offers a private, fenced natural state property with a wildlife garden, trees, and a seasonal swimming pool (3 x 4 m, available year-round). Amenities include a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, and parking for 3 cars on the premises.

The property boasts a stunning outdoor area with a natural state wildlife garden, trees, and a seasonal swimming pool (3 x 4 m, available from January 1st to December 31st). Guests can enjoy the refreshing pool, which features a shower/WC area, a terrace with garden furniture, and a barbecue (swing). The pool and garden are maintained by the owner/gardener.

The Can Passos property is a 5-room house located on the 1st floor, suitable for accommodating up to 8 adults. It boasts a bright, beautiful, and cozy furnishings. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a living room equipped with a TV, digital TV, and air conditioning. There are three rooms, each with a single bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, complete with air conditioning. Additionally, there is one room with two beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with air conditioning. The large kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also includes a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace, with an exit leading to the garden. There are two showers and toilets in the property.

The Can Passos property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. It is equipped with air-conditioning and forced-air heating systems. Outdoor amenities include terrace furniture and a barbecue area. The property boasts a panoramic view of the countryside. Additional facilities provided are a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, and a hair dryer. Internet access is available through WiFi. The property offers reserved parking, fenced and suitable for 3 cars. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
