200 m from the beach, 3,500 m from the golf course, 700 m from the tennis courts.  
Entrance hall leading to :  
\- Living room with new sofa bed (2022), TV, dining area, bay window opening onto a south-facing balcony,  
\- Renovated kitchen area with ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, and low-profile refrigerator.  
\- Bedroom : 1 double bed, a wardrobe, and a window overlooking the living room balcony.  
\- Bathroom renovated in 2025 with shower, sink, storage drawers, and toilet.
