"We chose this aparthotel for the wonderful views from the upper storeys and they were indeed fantastic. We also found the breakfast (reasonably good) and the underground parking convenient, The reception staff were very helpful. My main concern was that there was no heating even though the weather was bad and the temperature outside was around 14°. The room was quite well equipped but it was not very cosy sitting there of an October evening."

"Staff excellently helpful courteous and friendly. Bed and mattress first rate. Net curtains at the window would be a good idea as the apartments opposite look straight into the room. And a tpoilet paper roll holder/ shelf in front of the sitter would be helpful in the WC. The supper we had was poor; the duck dreadful - overcooked and very tough, the spaghetti adorned by some very poor and tasteless cheese, with no extra cheese offered."

"This hotel is very conveniently located next to Biarritz airport ( just a few minutes walk). The rooms are small but comfortable . It is easy to access downtown Biarritz via taxi...we used Uber . The staff at reception were extremely helpful and very pleasant . It is very good value for money , and a good option if using Biarritz airport."

"They really need to look at their cleaning training and general customer expectations. Our closest was filthy, one towel each for a week, half a toilet roll, stains on sheets. However, staff were receptive to our complaints. Breakfast was excellent, pool was great, location was great too."
