« Super waren: - Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich - Ausstattung des Hotels war hervorragend, modern und stilvoll - insgesamt ein erholsamer Ort mit schönem Ausblick Verbesserungspotenzial: - wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht, jedoch hatte wir vor dem Balkon eine große Parkfläche; bessere wäre die betroffenen Zimmer als solche zu kennzeichnen und ggf. kostengünstiger anzubieten - es gibt lediglich zwei sehr kleine Saunen sowie Massage-Optionen; ansonsten gibt es noch keine...

« Personne à la réception accueillante. L'hôtel est assez bien situé mais partagé sur 4 sites. Je suis déçue car bien que la chambre semble agréable à première vue, la déception fut énorme au moment de se coucher. Le lit double est composé de 2 matelas individuels, un était correct, l'autre horrible ! J'ai dormi 2h sur ce matelas dans lequel on s'enfonçait littéralement, des carbatures de partout à 1h du matin et on a fini à deux sur un matelas de 90cm de large. Nuit sans aucun repos. Bien cher...

"Personnel (accueil+ restaurant) très agréable, le gros plus étant la navette vers l'aéroport et la prise en charge du véhicule vers le parking. Attention tout de même à notre horaire de navette (4h) il y avait de l'affluence et nous ne sommes partis qu'à 4h30\. Également un moins bien au niveau des lits, en bois, qui craque à chaque mouvement. Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant, la chambre familiale est spacieuse et agréablement disposée "

"Séjour d'une nuitée. Nous avons choisi le dîner sur place. Tout est inclus dans les 25€/personne. Nous n'étions pas déçus. Le p'tit plus c'était les jeux a disposition dans le salon. A permis de passer un très agréable moment en cette fin de journée. L'hôtel est vraiment le long du Rhin et l'insonorisation des chambres avec des fenêtres triple vitrage ont fait oublier les lignes de trains de l'autre côté de la route. Super bien pour cela. Par contre en cas de forte chaleurs en été, il ne me semble pas qu'il y ait de la climatisation dans toutes les chambres. Nous reviendrons certainement !!"
