We had to wait over 20 minutes to check while the staff member tried to resolve issues with another guest. That was unfortunate but understandable, but I was never acknowledged and when I was able to begin, was abandoned to another guest before completing. Was never told anything about the property including breakfast location and hours or spa location and details. The next day tried to ask the same staff member how to get to the spa and was told she didn’t have time! The good…breakfast was very good and plentiful with a nice assortment of options, our room was as spacious with a nice view. However, the light in the hall didn’t work so it was very dark. The second night we were there we happened to discover that while our bathroom window was frosted, at night you could see right in when the light was on. Das Personal war freundlich. Leider wurde die Bar jeden Abend früher geschlossen als angegeben, so konnten wir die Terrasse mit einem entspannten abendlichen Wein nicht genießen. Das Restaurant war mir für diesen Anlass zu laut. Die Sauna war super.
