Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Full-size SUVs (e.g., Jeep or similar) may fit, but maneuvering can be tight and may require extra care. • We also provide one city-issued street parking permit for street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Please also note that a fee of $250 will be charged if the permit is lost/not returned as we cannot replace it. \*\*About the Reservation\*\* • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away.
