"We've stayed at many other hotels in the past but Id say this hotel is by far one of the best experiences we've had. From the staff, food, activities, pool, room and cleanliness I give it a 5 plus 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars!! The towels are super white too!!! Very clean! We enjoyed our stay."

"First I must say the room was worth it on view and beach proximity alone. Incredible and exactly what we hoped for. We made multiple walks to the beach at different times. Absolutely adored everything about this element. The check in staff hosted at the other location was quite sub-par. The lack of on-site Four Winds staff is a challenge for a variety of reasons, but going to a second location and dealing with a rude clerk makes it worse. Most of the room is very clean, whereas other parts are meh. Visible peeling on wall patches dampen the aesthetic and I had to clean jelly off a TV remote (gross). With no staff on site and no phone we had no idea how to request a coffee refill or anything else. The singular worst thing was the toilet. It’s kid sized and quite evident that no men were involved with its selection or install. It was also mounted crooked with the tp holder mounted in the exact spot your knee is at. Just terrible engineering and another “no EOD on-site” is so evident. Parking is a challenge and no staff means anyone parks there with or without a pass. Signs only do so much Would absolutely go back, and hope they can address the staffing and toilet issues before we do."
