"This rental was so nice and clean. The fourth bedroom is in the downstairs area but no access to get there without going outside the house down the steps. The elevator inside the house did not work for us that would take you to the downstairs. Overall was excellent!!"

"Beautiful views from the upper deck, kitchen well stocked (bring your own spices etc). Lots of stairs but not a problem if you are at least somewhat fit. The house is about 2 miles to nearest coffee shop and Topsail Beach town center, and 7 miles to Surf City."

Fabulous decks and comfortable beds!Minuses were cleanliness issues with the kitchen/dishes and some trash left on the deck, but also …the additional cost of 2 pets was a lot, and then brambles in yard made it impossible to walk them there."
