Both chair lifts worked wonderfully. The beds were comfortable! We were able to cook meals and do a load of.laundry. on the day it stormed we checked out local shops in Topsail and Surf City. After being out we noticed the house felt warm and the host called us to see if we knew why the house was warm. Something happened to the air during the storm and it was fixed the next day. Wide, expansive beach. This property has plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas that can be used. The two levels of porches allow for larger families to spread out. Loved the two rocking adirondacks on the top level. Unfortunately the house is not well kept and outside maintenance nonexistent. Lack of outdoor maintenence made the walk to the beach very challenging and unsafe. Unfortunately, we spent our first hour killing roaches and then to the store for traps. We had a wonderful stay here this week! The owner was very helpful with two minor issues, super on top of things for us!
