"We loved the hotel amenities, pool, fire pit area, deck for sitting overlooking the ocean. Easy beach access and not a crowded beach area. Umbrella and chair rentals available. The food at The Aviator Tavern was excellent. Also great location near restaurants and shopping. Short drive to Currituck Beach Lighthouse and visiting Duck was also a highlight of our trip."

"The Lemonade Cottage is a wonderful beach house, perfectly nestled right on the dunes. The owners provide so many thoughtful little amenities that we hadn’t even thought of, but that made our vacation even more enjoyable. There’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound of the ocean and taking in the beautiful view! The owners are accessible, responsive and outstanding to work with. This was our second year at the Lemonade Cottage and we can’t wait to come back!"

"It was a nice place to stay overall. Just wished we knew there were narrow steps heading to the room at the back of the house. It was pretty clean, the ceiling fan wasin verge of falling off and noticed some tapes around it so we did not use the ceiling fan. It would of been nice to have working ceiling fan. The showwer glass barrier was wobbly and not secured so the water would drip out. The stairs walking up to the front door had nails popping out on it so be careful so you dont step on the nails that were sticking out. Most of them were on the side. But it was decent place to sleep over for few nights."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth year staying at the Lazy Dazy and it feels like home. The place was spotless and clean upon check-in, has all the amenities needed for a week at the beach, the staff was friendly and efficient when picking up our welcome packet, and the location is great. Love this hidden gem of a rental!"
