« Our stay at the Scarborough penthouse recently was brilliant. We went for my birthday and it couldn’t have been more special, easy to find and parking just outside. On arrival we took the lift and it opens up straight into the apartment giving it a very classy feel. The lovely open plan living room and kitchen was very clean and comfortable. The two bedrooms were large and beautifully set out. The best bit for us was the balcony with seating area and sea view. Overall all had a fantastic stay....

« It was disappointing. The communication was bad. The person I spoke to seemed to be annoyed I bothered her. I asked for the two single beds to be put together this did not happen. I was told to reply to the email and they would sort it out. Later I was told they didn't receive the email. We were told we would be on the second floor. It turned out we were on the fourth floor in the loft which made it difficult for our dog to be taken out. The windows were too high to look out so it was pointless...
