« Great location for getting around Whitby. Shame about lack of car parking. Shower drain in our room was prone to blocking. Concerned it might flood the downstairs. We did mention it to staff. Overall a pleasant stay. Might be an idea to mention the stairs leading to upper room as less mobile guests may struggle »

« Staff very helpful, amazing location so easy to get around various beauty spots. Park& Ride across the road. Access to Whitby so easy. Disabled visitors catered for. Staff decorated our room ( which was amazing) for my birthday. Lovely surprise. »

« A good location with car parking at the back. Comfy beds, although our room was a bit small. If we had have been staying more than one night we would have wanted a bigger room. The food for breakfast and dinner was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. A large beer garden at the rear and a large screen to watch the football on. »

« The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable, everything you need for a restful stay. The staff are really helpful and friendly from check in to check out. The food is all cooked to order with a good choice on the menu. Would definitely return when in the area. »

« Great Stay and Dinner at the Wilson Arms - 10 minutes outside Whitby - easy access and great rooms with great bar and food. We had a Double - Room 3 - Ate dinner good selection choice and great beer and Gin Stay was easy and I apologies for setting the Fire Alarm off at 8am on Sunday morning... shower ... Steam. No issues - all good - very nice breakfast service was great. Price £120.00 for a double with Breakfast. Meal for two was £67.00 which included 2 x Rounds of Drinks - great...

« The staff were exceptional, all of them. Often theses days customer service is forgotten. My stay here reminded me what a difference it makes when the staff are well trained, friendly and helpful! Well done team. I could not fault anything about my stay, rooms were a good size, the hotel and connected pub well decorated, modern and clean. Food was great and especially the vegetarian burger was the best I had (I have been vegetarian for 40 years)! So much so, i asked where the get them from! I...

« This was such a lovely place to stay. We had a room in the annex. We could hear other people come and go and talking in another room, but quiet other than that. The pub was very nice. »

« Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. The room was clean & very comfortable with fantastic views. The bed was very comfy too. The staff were all very friendly and attentative. Will definitely visit again. »
