« A great northwoods WI cabin with location being an added bonus. Chequamegon bay is accessible from your doorstep and a short drive will take you to Ashland, Washburn or Bayfield. « The cabin is brand new and very modern. The location is beautiful and remote. The bed was very comfortable, and the in-floor heat made the temperature cozy and not drafty in negative degree weather. The host leaves a nice note and basket of treats for the guests. While I tend to bring most of what I need with me, in an emergency I noticed the cabin has many items you could forget. i.e. q-tips, body wash, shampoo, coffee filters, olive oil, spices, etc... I think this belongs to the owners so...

« Our stay for our annual trip to the U.P. was great. The host’s communication was fast, clear and friendly. Loved their site to reference everything from check in to oops we need the trash picked up. The fully equipped kitchen made meals a breeze. We loved the large table for meals, games and laughs. « We love the Hannu house. This is our second year staying and we will be back again. Jake was wonderful to work with. The home is a perfect cabin for our ski trip and 5minutes from powderhorn and 20 from snow river. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. « Since my review keeps getting denied I will have to put this very nicely . Stay somewhere else . The home is NOT equipped to sleep 6 people . I do not trust the host as far as the said “damage” report after my stay . Terrible experience. Unfinished floors are dangerous with bare feet . I was scolded for leaving crumbs in the sink … At night you can hear rodents chewing at the floors and walls . Hotel is worth the extra , definitely! Literally anywhere else . »
