Sleeps 4–5 and can connect to Lodge #4 for larger groups. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and fresh linens. Pet-friendly and perfect for skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling getaways! Sleeping Arrangements: • Private bedroom with a queen bed • Bunk bed with full-size bottom and twin top • Futon in the living room for an extra guest Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook your favorite meals with ease! The kitchen comes stocked with a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware, and dishware—everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Bathroom: Full-size bathroom with a tub and shower, plus fresh linens and towels provided. In the backyard, you'll find a fire pit and a volleyball court (available during the summer months). In winter, feel free to build your own snowman or snow sculpture and enjoy the snowy fun! Other things to note The unit guidebook contains all the essential information you’ll need. If you plan to use the indoor fireplace or the outdoor firepit, please bring your own certified firewood. Lighters and fire starters are provided. There is an exterior camera located outside in the 2nd Floor deck between units 3 and 4\. It monitors the 2nd floor deck, stairwell and parking lot, it records audio and video. There is also a temp sensor inside the unit, its only purpose it to send an alert if the temp inside the unit drops below 40 degrees. Please note that the property is located in the North Woods, so you may occasionally see wildlife or insects. We’ve taken several preventative measures—such as bed protectors, poison bait stations, and an electrical rodent-deterrent system—but nature may still make an appearance.
