Summary:

Welcome to the Park Inn, a spacious two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom townhome located in the East Victorian District. The perfect accommodation for couples or small families, the Park Inn provides you with a classic downtown Savannah stay. Enjoy high ceilings, oversized windows, original hardwood floors, and custom touches. Start or end your day on the beautiful wrap-around covered porch. Just a six-minute walk to Forsyth Park and just a few minutes to dining, attractions, and more.



The Space:

Designed as a classic Victorian-inspired townhome, this corner unit provides a spacious two-bedroom (both kings) accommodation with all the classical touches you expect from a downtown home while providing all the modern amenities you expect today.

Enter the home through the large wrap-around covered porch. A perfect place to start or end your day, the covered porch provides ample room to relax and enjoy the Savannah breeze.

Through the front door, enter into an oversized hallway that connects the entire home in an easy and functional layout. Immediately to the right, find the first bedroom featuring a queen bed with crisp linens, an original fireplace, smart TV, a dresser, and large bay windows that fill the room with natural light.

To the left, step into a spacious living room with comfortable furniture, an electric fireplace, and a large Smart TV. Enjoy classic touches like the original hand-crafted fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and oversized windows. A small table is in the corner of the room, a perfect place to set up your home office if you work remotely during your stay.

The primary bedroom is connected through the primary hallway or a large, cased opening with pocket doors to the living room. The second bedroom boasts a classical pedestal King bed with fresh linens, a dresser, smart TV, a chase lounge, and an original hand-crafted fireplace. You’ll find a stackable washer and dryer tucked behind bi-fold doors, perfect for extended stays.

Across the hall from the primary bedroom is the unit's full bathroom. Outfitted with a shower/tub combination, single vanity, and toilet, the bathroom has all the essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.

Finally, at the back of the property, find a galley kitchen that has been fully updated with new appliances, solid surface countertops, and ample storage. The kitchen has everything you need to cook during your stay, including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, and more.

Parking is a breeze on this side of town, with ample street parking right in front of the unit.

Guest Access:

The entire townhome is for your use. You may enjoy the rear patio and porches at your convenience. We encourage a nice cup of coffee in the morning or maybe a little night cap, just please be courteous of your surroundings/neighbors. The City of Savannah Noise Restriction Ordinance begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Victorian District East on the corner of East Park Ave and Habersham St, the Park Inn puts you in the heart of Savannah. Surrounded by everything the hostess city of the south has to offer, you will enjoy easy access to everything that makes for a memorable stay in Savannah.

Start your mornings with a walk over to Forsyth Park, just five minutes, and stop through The Sentient Bean for espresso, coffee, and small breakfast bites.

Enjoy a variety of food types throughout the city. Just minutes from your door, stop in the Peking House for incredible Chinese food. Grab a Cubano from the Cuban Window Café, or get classy with seasonal American dishes with a southern touch at Local 11ten Food |Wine.

Ready to let loose and have a little fun? Savannah is home to some of the best pubs and nightlife around. Stop into the White Whale Craft Ales tasting room to taste some incredible local brews. Stop by The Black Rabbit, an old-school sandwich shop by day and pub by night. Are you heading north out of the neighborhood? Check out some of Savannah’s staple pubs like Six Pence Pub (British Inspired), O’Connell’s Irish Pub, or McDonough’s Restaurant & Lounge.

A trip to Savannah is only complete with exploring its rich colonial past. Stop through one of the many unique museums throughout the city, including the Ralph Mark Gilbert Civil Rights Museum, Beach Institute African American Cultural Center, or the fantastic Telfair Museums. Take Savannah’s vibrant art scene by stopping in the SCAD Museum of Art.

Remember to dedicate some time to exploring Savannah’s Riverfront! A little bit of a walk from the home but easily accessible by car and public transport, the riverfront provides an incredible Savannah experience full of small shops, cobble street roads, and endless dining options.

Not enough time to walk all the sights of Savannah? Take it all in at once while riding or biking. We are just minutes from Old Town Trolley Tours and Savannah Bike Tours. Check out the city skyline from the water by jumping on a Savannah Belle’s Ferries, with multiple stops along the Riverfront.

Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Habersham & Park SB stop just a 1-minute walk from the home.



Getting Around:

There is a FREE shuttle that gets you around town (The DOT Shuttle) right at Forsyth Park - just walk straight on Park Ave. and once you get to Drayton it is right there by the shops! Uber/Lyft is probably the most convenient form of transportation around town, as parking can be a little crazy. It's usually about $5-7 to get to City Market/Bay Street. There is also a FREE City-ran "uber" called the Downtowner. Download the app and call a driver for free (tips welcomed).



Other Things to Note:

We allow up to ONE (1) dog max, no cats. The fee for one dog is $100 and must be paid separately before checking in. Must be able to provide proof of flea treatment etc. No untrained puppies.

Absolutely no parties.

Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.

No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.

Do not smoke on the property or near the home.

Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.

Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.

Absolutely wonderful apartment in a great location! We did not have any issues at all and would gladly stay here again. A short walk from Forsyth Park, food and coffee. We even made the walk down to River street and enjoyed sight seeing and stopping in at the different shops along the way.

This home has a wonderful location. Forsythe park is a few blocks away so if you are traveling with a pet it is ideal. Walkability is great for all sorts of destinations. We appreciated the mid town location for ease of parking. The home is elegant and very comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch. The host communication was fantastic. We would definitely book again.

The home was just beautiful and was super clean. The beds were very comfortable and came with nice pillows and linens. There were many nice touches such as good shampoo and body wash in the shower, and some nice conviences like dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. I often judge a place by whether there is comfortable seating, because so often, there just isn’t. This lovely home had a large comfortable sectional sofa as well as solid accent chairs which were also fine. We also loved being able to bring our dog as she is family. The hosts were very responsive before, during and after our stay. We spent a very enjoyable long birthday weekend for me here and would be thrilled to come back again!

Wonderful Vacation

We thorough enjoyed Savannah and our stay at this beautiful Air B&B. The host was always quick to respond to any questions. Be prepared for traffic noise but if you're a city person you won't mind it. Definitely clean and charming place. It's a great place for your furry friends . and vlose to Forsyth Park!!

Easy access to downtown

Property has been redone nicely. Large bedrooms with king sized beds. Really nice porch to sit and relax on. Location is in a part of town going through renovations. Only drawback was traffic could be loud at night. Easy walking distance to Forsyth Park, and a Kroger very close by. Hosts were very responsive to any communications.

Perfect Savannah Getaway - only a few blocks from Forsyth!

We absolutely loved this property, it was perfect for our stay! The rooms were beautiful and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the front porch every morning and our dogs were able to run around due to the gate blocking the front steps. Parking was easy and always available out front. Walking distance from everywhere in the historic district as well as midtown. Hope to visit again in the future!!!

Excellent location and accommodation

We stayed here for two weeks, visiting our family. Having stayed many times in Savannah this location was one of the best. Very close to Forsyth, parking was easy, and definitely walking distance to all the downtown sites including River Street. The property was well equipped and beds very comfortable. Loved the light inside with the large windows. Very comfortable and we would recommend to anyone visiting to use this property. The property manager was incredibly helpful and replied to our questions promptly and was very pleasant! A top stay for us, we will be back!

Had a nice stay at the park Ave house. The beds were really comfortable and the unit had everything you would need. Location proximity to the park is wonderful with some good coffee shop options close by. The area is going through some revitalization with homes being restored and some still very old. Hosts communicated with us during check in and check out. No issues during the stay.

Minor issue w/the access code on arrival, but the prop mgr was great -- got back to us w/in 1 or 2 minutes, and the issue was fixed quickly. Prop was as exactly pictured. Clean. Comfy. Nicely decorated - with lots of old period charm. Plenty of room, too! We were only 2, but it could easily have accommodated 4+++. 2 big bedrooms, both w/big king beds. 2 bathrooms - 1 w/a shower. Cute little patio out back off the kitchen. Great wrap around deck out front. Plenty of street parking right out front, too. We weren't so sure about the neighborhood at first, but it was totally fine. Close to everything. Nice people nearby, and throughout the city. And we felt safe walking to and from and around the house, and wherever we went. Absolutely would stay here again!
