Very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and respectful. My only issue was the mandatory 89 property protection fee that showed up at booking checkout. Doesn’t make you feel like you’re in a safe neighborhood. While there are some house on the same street, your butted up to these businesses. Some of the houses around have boarded up windows. The furniture in 2 of the bedrooms are too big, making it impossible to fully open doors. The remote light switches cause problems because when you use one, it also effects the other rooms. The bathroom has a very tiny sink with no space to set anything on it. I appreciate all the small things you did, but I wouldn’t stay at this property again. ##### Kristen L. The place is very comfortable, very clean and very welcoming and situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. We've enjoyed out stay here a lot! Having only one bathroom did make things a little backed up, but that's of course of no issue with the host and more a word of caution to any looking to bring more than a few people.
