This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.

You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. Total Tranquility

My wife and I stayed at Jim's property in Longboat Key and it was everything we wanted. Waking up to the view of the Gulf every morning was a great start to every day. Perfect getaway!

The condo was perfect! Everything we needed at our fingertips. and the view was amazing! Right on the ocean, the beach was clean & quiet. Close to St Armand’s Circle and many island restaurants to choose from. Check in & communication before, during & after our stay was great. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our week at Longboat Key. The condo was perfect and had everything you would need for an amazing trip. The unit is very clean and decorated beautifully. Nice Place, View and Location

We stayed there in 2018 as well as June 2024 and the place was just as nice as six years ago. They really keep everything clean and new. The location is great, the views are great. The property grounds are also well-maintained. Good beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler in closet too. The host was very helpful and customer-focused. We plan to stay there again!

Great time and perfect weather!!! Owner was very Helpful with information about the area. Wonderful sunsets !!! Beach was very nice and there was a shower to rinse the sand off ! The ladies at the office were very nice!!!

Marvelous Beach Front Condo
