« The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of...

« The property met all our needs with cooking and washing facilities. Arriving from Australia there was some complexity in regards to accessing the password and details which was difficult due to legal and technology issues however great stay and enjoyable for our time in Japan we will return hopefully next year »

« Check in process was a little unique but had no issues and they even helped changed the number of guests day of check in. Is a good sized room for larger groups if you want to stay in the same room and was a decent location (a couple of minutes away from a train station). 2 toilets and a shower area were a nice bonus. »

"Peut-être l’un des meilleurs hôtels de la ville. Très propre, avec un excellent accueil. Le seul petit inconvénient est qu’il est un peu éloigné du centre-ville : il faut compter environ 15 à 20 minutes de marche. Mis à part cela, rien à redire, l’hôtel est irréprochable."
