The Family mart located at the lobby with indoor entrance is great for midnight snack. About 10min walk to Sapporo station is quite troublesome in winter, especially when there are snowfalls. Only three washing machine available for the whole building is a pain in the ass. To enhance the steam room some aroma such as eucalyptus may be nice. (Just a suggestion) Room was comfortable and clean. Everything was still new. But the location was a bit away from the shopping. If not snowing, it would be close from the station. My family and I stayed in a corner suite, which was exceptionally spacious, bright, and comfortable. One highlight was the onsen on the upper floors, offering relaxing city views. The hotel is situated in an office district, making the area feel very safe and quiet. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Sapporo station or 15-minute walk to the Tanukikoji Shopping District, which was quite manageable.
