Kitchen appliances are ok, but we did not have a toaster. They provided all consumables for the week including filtered water. The property owner and support personnel were fantastic and friendly they responded to our every need. (I speak Spanish). A minor drawback was having to chain and padlock gates was we enter and leave the property. Also the only swimable beach that we found adequate was La Playita in the town of Venao about 40 min. drive. Small plaza in down town, but no major attractions . Markets and restaurants about 10 min drive from the property.
