« The entire building is beautifully decorated with stunning views on the sea and mountains. The room is spacious with great bedding. The breakfast is an exceptional experience and the staff super nice. The only thing is that depending on the night, dogs around can be pretty loud. The location is near the Malecon, but much quieter. »

« Stayed there for a wedding in La Paz. Great place, smart room dicision. Love that the master bedroom has windows to both sides of the house - no need for AC. Kitchen is well equipped, super markets are close, nice pool and outdoor area. It was a little hard to find but likely our fault. I will come again! »

« Although the property is only steps from el malecon and many restaurants, it is very private. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay. Federica and Pietro provided detailed instructions for check in and check out and were very fast responding to messages. The property was very secure and the roof patio with pool was a great addition. »

« Prior to our arrival I was in communication with the property manager. He was aware of the time our arrival. Once we arrived we noticed the property was filthy , it was uninhabitable. The doors, windows, and sliding doors all had hand prints & dirt everywhere. The floor downstairs, staircase, bedrooms, and bathrooms had not been cleaned or moped.
