room was decent, clean and spacious. i was really glad to have found them because they offered three queen size beds enough for my family. the pool was amazing we had it all day to ourselves,alot of near by restaurants also overall a very convenient location and price

The location is great, and the room was basic but adequate for the price. However, the bed and pillows were below what I would consider acceptable, even for an affordable hotel. They were genuinely uncomfortable. The soundproofing is also terrible. You can hear everything, especially car engines from the parking lot. Bring earplugs. A significant amount of light also enters the room starting around 5 a.m., enough to read a book. My main issue was the service. Jay was kind and helpful, but another staff member was unnecessarily rude and condescending. For example, when I accidentally said “two thousand seventeen” instead of “two seventeen” after she asked for my room number, she responded, “We don’t have that room number,” rather than simply understanding the obvious mistake. A beeping smoke alarm woke me at 6:30 a.m. two days in a row. I reported it and was told maintenance would be sent, but I eventually had to leave. When I returned, I learned that someone had entered the room while I was away to fix it. When I expressed surprise, her response was: “How else would they fix it? They can’t do it from outside.” I understand that I had not explicitly asked them to wait until I was present. My issue was the dismissive and unnecessarily hostile way she handled a reasonable question. Ultimately, for me, her rudeness was worse than the uncomfortable bed or the noise, and it made an otherwise acceptable stay unpleasant.
