"We booked a King Size Suite with Sofa bed. We got a king size bed in a small room with only one night stand. There was no consideration to the comfort. In addition to missing a night stand, there was a pedastal sink with absoultely no room for toiletries in the bathroom. It's a large bathroom with plenty of room for a table for guests to use. Also, the hair dryer was filthy! I understand this is an old hotel, but not receiving the room we booked and paid for was totally disappointing! I would not recommend this hotel."

"Had to leave at 3am. Couldn’t get the shower to work. Didn’t sleep. People banging doors all night. Asked manager for partial refund. Waiting to hear back. "

"The hot tub was broken and pool area was very worn down. We also did not sleep well at all. Ended up getting a different place and not staying at this hotel."

"Quiet location and pleasant staff. My only complaint is the $14 per night charge for overnight parking - no guards, no security fence. Just an outrageous amount to park your car."

"Property was welcoming unfortunately even with requesting early check in had to wait until almost 3 for my room. On my 3rd night of being there as I was getting ready for bed a cockroach the size of a mouse was running on the bed frame and wall. Who knows how long it had been in my room when I notified front desk they ask if I was from Florida but it’s normal. Not the way to handle the situation and offered to give me a second room. Second room wasn’t the type of room I paid for my regular room was a king bed but ended up in a double twin bed. Not pleased with how it turned out"
