« We enjoyed the location. Amazing view every morning with coffee and tea. Watching the boats come in and out of the bay was fun. We saw sea turtles and glow worms, as advertised. Christine was quick to answer our questions and check in was effortless. We enjoyed paddle boards, a tandem kayak around the bay, and the anchored floating raft. You could not ask for anything more. We are already planning another stay. »

« We really enjoyed our week at this property. Jody, our host was more than helpful to us...from pick up from the airport, giving us an informative tour as we drove to Mangrove Bay, and he even stopped at the local grocer for our weekly supplies. The property is right at the bus stop, which we used extensively to visit all parts of the island. The property and the host really contributed to a wonderful week in paradise! »

« We just spent five days at Ben's house in Somerset and had a magnificent time celebrating my mother's 85th birthday. We were a group of 12 of all ages coming from different countries and the house fit us perfectly with everyone having their own rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable bedding and towels for all. There were perfect gathering spaces (veranda, indoor dining, outdoor dining and living room) for every type of weather and activity and we had room to be together and also to read and relax on...

« This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family! The upstairs unit was spotless and well equipped for our weeks stay. The pool was gorgeous and just as clean as the home. Lelia was absolutely awesome, easy to contact, quick to respond. She even had a taxi waiting to pick us up from the airport. The check in and check out process was a breeze. I highly recommend this property and the owner! Will stay here again! »

« Jody and Cathy were the perfect hosts. Always very nice and ready to help us. The studio has a super view and it was very very clean. The studio was well equiped and the location is great. There is a bus stop just in front of the house, you are close to nice beaches, close to the railway road and 10 minuts from the dockyard by bus. I would definitly recommand that place to everybody. »

« Property was beautifully situated overlooking the ocean. Rooms were very spacious and clean. We had what we needed and it was easy to congregate for family time. Easy 15 minute walk to dockyard, easy to walk to a few beaches, and the bus was just outside the back door. Laundry room dedicated to your apartment. Would definitely stay again. »

« There were 6 of us aged from mid-fifties to early seventies, here to attend a family wedding. We quickly found a favorite taxi driver and used him exclusively to attend the wedding and out to dinners. We walked to the grocery store and the beach. Be aware there are 60 steps down to the private dock, but it’s so worth it! We had an amazing time! »

« Great time spent with friends in PAT 5B! Loved hanging out in Dockyards, and touring around the island. We inadvertently arrived during Cup Match, which gave us a whole other experience of the island. Did a catamaran snorkeling tour as well as a jet ski tpur - both were great! "Outdated rooms, poorly maintained. Beach is not great, access to water is difficult at low tide. Sun-beds and umbrellas are limited and in very poor shape. Free breakfast is poor. On positive side, staff is very nice and helpful. Food for lunch and dinner of good quality. Overall, way overpriced for conditions of the hotel and location."
