We had a spacious and very clean and cozy room, great security inside the hotel and an extremely functional kitchen. Very beautiful and pleasant place. Car spaces in order of arrival so you have to be lucky to be able to park the car, but other than that the parking is free. We had great support with all our doubts and questions, and even a help when we had a problem with our canceled flights back home. It's a place I would totally recommend. You are a short 3-5 minute walk from Condado Beach and there are tons of restaurants, bars, and lounges in walking distance. Felt very safe. When we arrived, we could not find our room, a map of the room names would be nice for future guests. The parking area is vague as there are 2 spots and the third one looks like a drive-way. I ended up parking there, but didn't know or was never informed on where it was allowed to park. One of the nights I had to park on the street and one of the main reasons I booked this place was because it included parking so that needs a bit of work. When we walked in it was pretty clean, but there were trash bags someone from before left on the small patio. The bathroom window was open so it was extmely hot and humid to get ready in there, we ended up closing it and wedging the door open to make it cool enough to put on make-up and get ready (the door won't stay open). A full-length mirror somewhere would be nice. The shared kitchen was nice because people leave left over sunblock, aloe vera, umbrellas, etc and it is useful but it would be nice if it stayed open later.
