"Despite 8/10 rating & relatively low price the room was unacceptable. The bed cratered into a huge dip in the very middle, collapsed top to bottom & left to right. Wall 3ft from window so no natural light. Tiny jail sink with only 1x cold tap, no hand towel - only 2 mismatched stained bigger towels. Shower dirty & sheets stained. Cockroaches at night. Reception staff very unfriendly at arrival & no acknowledgement at other times. Working AC & 50m from tour companies the only positive."

Always willing to stop and talk with us about the birds, the proper way to say Xunantunich and just check in to see how our stay was going.
