The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The common area was perfect for enjoying takeout meals and supplied plastic utensils and extra toiletries and linens if needed. The check-in process was easy and entrance was secure. The staff was courteous. Even before checking in we had to call the number listed by the property several times before being let in the door. The service they use for check-in is very insecure as well, with the agent leaving the screen unattended with key codes to every room in the hotel.
