Upon arrival desk service was rude and not welcoming. Once checked into the room we noticed a few appliances not working/ outlets as well. We called the front desk and was told there’s nothing they can do Ridley and hanged up. Asked to speak to a manager and was denied stated nothing they can do at the time and that they can’t change our room either way because they are sold out for the night. There was a change of shift and the following person that came was a lot nicer and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall the experience there was not great. I do not recommend it. It was a little noisy at times, but what can you expect being downtown in a big city really?
