"A lovely stay with friendly staff, if you don’t want to pay for a taxi to get to town or anywhere else you should rent a scooter, the location is up a hill, so walking is quite steep. Pool is very clean, breakfast is great too, rooms are very clean and spacious, just remember to turn on the fridge as soon as you enter as it’s unplugged to save energy."

"Das Hotel ist exakt so wie es online aussieht. Das Personal ist sehr herzlich und bemüht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ziemlich unbelebten Gegend, aber das spendet auch sehr viel Ruhe rund um den Aufenthalt. Roller können ausgeliehen werden und wenn man möchte, kann man sich von umliegenden Restaurants das Abendessen liefern lassen (sind zur Not aber auch fußläufig innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten erreichbar). Das Frühstück - allen voran das Mie Goreng! - ist sehr gut. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit...

"This property is terrible. Pool area is dangerous (dirty, uneven tiles, exposed filter unit that wasn't even working). Nobody was manning the reception area, the place was deserted most of the time. The room was unclean and did not smell good (drain/toilet smell was awful). No soap/shower gel in bathroom. Broken soap dispenser on floor. Filthy plastic bin. "Hotel was stunning! Gardens and Pool Area were amazing! Staff from all sections were very attentive.Shout out to Kadek at the restaurant in the evenings, young guy who went out of his way to assist and give individualised service! We had an Ocean view room which was wonderful, can hear waves on beach, although room 213 close to pool area so not very private. Bit of a distance to town area, and whilst shuttle was advertised at set times, taxi service is available from reception for 30k which is a far better option (although not mentioned at check in - would suggest in future). Buffet breakfast was nice, restaurant meals were good, but drink prices quite expensive (65k a small Bintang outside prices around 35k). Definitely would stay again. "

"We lucked out staying here. The property is older, needing a bit of upkeep. But as far as the rooms go, they were great, the bed was comfy. We had a beautiful view of the sunrise and the ocean. The pool lounges were comfortable and rarely full. The staff were so friendly and helpful, arranging trips and tours for us. We would recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. "I absolutely loved my stay at Swan Paradise. Nestled in the jungle outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud, it offered a serene and peaceful escape. My room was amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The grounds were lush and well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. The staff even offered me an upgrade and assistance with moving, but I declined because my room was already perfect. It is a bit out of the way, so once I was “home,” I didn’t venture out much. I did go on tours, and the drivers were able to pick me up directly from the property. Overall, it’s a very beautiful and relaxing place to stay—ideal for anyone looking to unwind in nature without sacrificing comfort."
