"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

Breakfast was amazing, service from staff was great, the hotel has a lot of options to keep kids busy if you have any children, spa was one of the best facilities on site. Our one bed apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean washroom.
