Enjoy beautiful views of Lake Sammamish from almost every room of this spacious 2530 sf home. Relax with family or friends in the 2 living areas or on the expansive deck. Moor your boat at the dock and relax on the beach across the street. Walk or bike on the East Lake Sammamish Trail that surrounds the lake and connects to a regional trail system. The kids will enjoy playing in the large 2-acre property that backs up to forest and is surrounded by trees.

\- Large living room with deck access and big screen tv  
\- Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar  
\- Large dining room with deck access  
\- Designated office with built-in desk (optional 5th bedroom)  
\- ½ bathroom  
\- Primary bedroom with king bed, sliding door access to deck  
\- En suite bathroom with double sinks, tub, and shower  
\- Large walk-in closet  
\- Large deck with patio furniture and BBQ  
  
Walk-out basement features:  
\- Large living room with big screen TV and access to yard  
\- 2 bedrooms with queen beds
