Families with children will especially love the sound’s gentle waters or the option to swim and play in a private soundfront pool. Adult indulgences include a six-person hot tub and a poolside tiki bar. There’s a convenient half-bath and steps to access the first level deck. Just inside, it’s “game on” in the recreation room, whether you’re cuing up at the pool table or watching your favorite team on the large screen TV. No need to miss any of the action ... a kitchenette is here for your convenience. When it’s time to relax again, settle into the media room’s theater seating, lower the lights, and get reeled in by some movie magic. Two of the home’s bedrooms, a king master and a pyramid bunkroom are also located on this level. Take the all-floor elevator to the second level and discover three more king masters, all with private baths, and one king bedroom. Two of these rooms have private access to the soundfront deck and one has access to an east-facing deck. We are really disappointed with our entire experience with Surf or Sound Realty who VRBO lists on behalf of. The customer service from Surf or Sound was awful. Our elevator broke on the first day, it was not repaired until 12 hours before we checked out. We had two 75 year old in laws with mobility who were unable to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs daily. Surf or Sound not only didn't care, they didn't even reply to my calls or texts for over 48 hours. When they did finally get back to me after their "time off" was over, they gave no apologies or excuses why no one bothered to help us. This unfortunately soured our stay for the whole week. Great planning and effort needed to go into helping our elderly family get up or down the stairs. Absolutely horrible customer service in my opinion. There were numerous other things that went wrong or didn't work as expected. However, it's a moot point now that we are home. Just beware of SURF OR SOUND reality, they will NOT support you during your stay. ##### Jonathan C.
