"The property was well kept and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, not speaking German staff went out of his way to walk us down to the tram station to show us where to go what bus to take ect. We really enjoyed our stay"

"We have very enjoyed our stay at the Urban Loft. Close to train station. Staff really friendly and super helpful. We were able to do early check in and leave bags during last day. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The room wasn’t huge but fine for us. The room isn’t cleaned as standard during a two night stay and we were made aware of this on check in but told we could request clean towels if wanted. Would stay again."

"they charge 3EURO for luggages to keep in luggage room. i never seen this before. also, when i need something from reception, they always going out for smoking. i never seen these guys at front desk. "
