The spacious living room opens onto a large, partly covered terrace overlooking a lovely garden with a pétanque court for convivial moments.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a view of the sea and Saint-Tropez. The villa is partially air-conditioned for optimum comfort in summer.
The private 5x10 m swimming pool (protected by an underwater alarm), which can be heated to a maximum of 27°C (in option), is surrounded by sun loungers and shaded areas and invites you to relax. Petanque court.
Pets are not allowed.
Household linen is optional (number of people to be specified).
Final cleaning is extra at a cost of €200.
The deposit to be paid on arrival is €1,500.
Parties and noise pollution are strictly prohibited.
Tourist tax is extra (amount varies according to duration, rental price and number of people over 18 occupying the accommodation).

A 25% deposit is payable on booking.
The property must be left in an impeccable condition and the bins must be emptied.
No smoking.
Keys must be returned to the agency no later than 10 a.m.
