« Tres bel hôtel dans un endroit très isolé. La plage a une belle vue sur les îles au nord malheureusement il y a pas mal d’algues et l’océan était assez agité lors de notre séjour. Je suggère également de doter les chambres d’un parapluies: il est tombé un déluge le 1er matin qui nous a quasi bloqué dans le bungalow 😉 Les petits déjeuners sont très complets et de bonne qualité. La carte du dîner est assez réduite (basse saison?) La route pour arriver à l’hôtel depuis l’aéroport GND est...

« Ca aurait pu être plus haut pour le personnel , mais c’est peut être en raison de l’ouragan qu’on a du attendre 3 heures de plus pour avoir notre chambre. C’était très long. Le buffet suite à l’ouragan était très long avant de se servir. Nous avons dû attendre 30-45 minutes pour un buffet à 85 EC par personne qui est assez cher. Par contre, tout le reste était très bien! »

« Le Gem Holiday est situé au centre d'une très belle plage à Morne Rouge et le personnel est dévoué. Déjà vieillottes il y a quelques années, les chambres sont désormais vétustes. La robinetterie et la salle de bain auraient besoin d'être rénovées. L'unité d'air climatisé dans la chambre n'est pas assez puissante pour climatiser tout l'appartement. En conséquence, il faut garder la porte de chambre fermée pour dormir au frais et les portes du salon ouvertes durant le jour pour faire un...
