The staff was very helpful and friendly and the property was very clean and well maintained. We used the gym which had all the equipment we needed, and the location was in an ideal spot. Breakfast had a great selection of food and the room was comfortable and clean as well. Recommend this hotel for a stay in Kigali.

The 5Swiss Hotel is quiet, relatively small and very charming little spot, located in easy walking distance of the old city centre, and literally 5 minutes from the famous Milles Collines. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable, with a good shower (lots of hot water). Food is tasty and relatively inexpensive, and the staff are young, energetic and friendly. A quaint little bar in the patio/ garden area is a great spot for quiet drink after a busy day, and prices are reasonable -...

We had a work meeting and staff very kind and helpful. They agreed to reimburse us one night so that we could do an unplanned 2-day safari. Good was excellent and room well appointed.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Clean rooms. Extremely helpful staff. Hotel transport for tours is 5-star!
Quite a stiff and exorbitant charge for early check-in (a bit inconsiderate, especially if you arrive in town a bit early for a conference).
This hotel is highly recommended.
