« Knocked our socks off. Beautiful place, with animals in a green space and riverside hangouts on the Applegate. Lodgings next to the road, but that’s quiet at night and the river side is where you hang out. The host has built something special, and she’s on it all the time. She’s also more than tidy, so less is more, which some of us love. Don’t miss the tiny towns on the west, Applegate, Provolt, and Williams. They’re tiny but friendly. »

« My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and we loved it! I went food shopping at Ray’s grocery store when we arrived for snacks and drinks. Ray’s is next door to Ace Hardware and both are very close. You are within a short walking distance to downtown so we enjoyed the three coffee shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The owners were very communicative with emails. « Gina was unobtrusive but available. The house was lovely and we were welcomed to take advantage of the shared spaces in addition to the Cowgirl suite upstairs with its king bed ( so comfy!) We walked the couple blocks to the restaurants and shops of historic Jacksonville. Highly recommended 👍 »

« The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. The view out the full size back...

« Sweet little place that was very clean. Owners were pretty much no contact which for us was nice, I'm sure it would have been different if there was an issue. The bridge you cross right after the gate was a bit scary to cross with your vehicle but it held up fine with two vehicles. »

« We love the space. We have gone many times there. So close to everything. Two issues…tried to get in after 4:00 and door would not open. Thankfully a lady came by, whom I guess cleans the room, and opened it for us using her computer device. Also we stayed two nites and there was only one coffee packet.
