"Just had a fantastic 2 night stay here, really good location for exploring this area of Bangkok. Near Rambutti and Kho San roads, 5-10 mins walking distance and 20 minutes to the royal palace. Pier for river boats is right outside to get further away. The hotel is beautiful, we had an amazing room 504, very comfortable, clean and quiet. The reception staff were lovely - very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place to stay "

"Upfront, this is not 5 star hotel quality accomodation, it is closer to hostel accomodations, being a tied up dive boat. The cabin are big enough for a full size bed, and suitable for two people to do whatever you want to do in a bed. The river quiets down at night and there is no problem at all with sleeping, either for noise or for water movement. The great thing about this accomodation is location. It makes all the sites along the river easily accessible by one form or another of water...

"Wonderful staff who tried their best with our terrible Thai language skills. The breakfasts were incredible. We had three breakfasts and all were wonderful and totally different. The evening meal was also high quality and so lovely to know that we could choose from a whole menu! We misunderstood the meal times and arrived too late and they kindly booked a taxi and meal for us at another vegan restaurant which was amazing! "This hotel is in a great location. Close to many sights. We walked all over from there. The breakfast is great and the pool is really refreshing after being out and about in the sun. We stayed here at the beginning of our trip and then again 2 months later at the end. Perfect. "

"Yaks house is an amazing hostel. Staff is very friendly and they helped us with all the questions we had regarding the town. There is also laundry services in an affordable price. Breakfast was cool , 3- 4 a la carte options very tasty. Breakfast staff was friendly. Shared toilet was super clean and not cruded. Location is good , you can walk 5 mins to pier (port) and take the boat to discover Bangkok. Thank you guys!"

"Absolutely loved our stay here. Get the street view room so you have windows that open to the outside versus windows that open inside the hotel corridors. It was so fun getting to watch all the action below. I also recommend paying for breakfast as part of your package. It was delicious and a great way to get our day started before we ate street food for the rest of the day/night.
