It’s not a flash hotel but has a clean minimalist feel to it. Beautiful artwork for sale everywhere. The reason people would stay here is the bustling activity of boats on the river, especially at night when the dinner cruises have started. I like this area of bkk with its rich history and culture within walking distance. Vårt rum var jättefint och rent och vi trivdes bra med att kunna bada i poolen, åka båt och gå till restauranger i närheten. Vi bodde med fönster mot gatan men stördes aldrig av trafik eller andra ljud dag- och nattetid. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Maten både vid poolen och i restaurangen var mycket god! It was nice being by the river but the hotel is set back and the buildings on either side were not, plus the ferry terminal is in front so the views are obstructed. There is one spot at the pool for taking photos and it’s usually taken. The pool closes at 6:00, too early! I loved the balcony, we were Fifth floor riverside and so had shade in the morning and full sun in the afternoon so choose accordingly. The room was great, comfortable bed and nice linens. Breakfast was very good. The Thai food in the restaurant was excellent. The neighborhood and access to the ferries is awesome. There is a place for cars to drop off passengers and luggage but it is always blocked so you get dropped in the street. There is a wheelchair ramp but it is poorly located so we schlepped our luggage up several stairs. There’s a guy but he arrives when you’re up the stairs. There’s no gym.
