« L'appartement a été rénové avec les meilleurs matériaux, il est très joliment décoré et donne une sensation très chaleureuse et spacieuse. Tous les luxes sont présents et pour les grands-parents (qui ne vont plus faire du ski) c'était très agréable de rester dans l'appartement entre deux balades. Il y a suffisamment de places de parking et suffisamment de lieux de stockage chauffés pour les skis. « -magnifique vue -logement très spacieux et aménagement au top! -Cuisine très bien équipée -le jacuzzi est un réel plus -emplacement idéal dans la station - la disponibilité et la gentillesse d’Altipik sont très appréciées! Jacuzzi à réviser de toute urgence : des pièces sont cassées, des buses ne fonctionnent pas, du coup l’eau est mal filtrée . L’eau a tourné à la fin du séjour, malgré le fait qu’on se douchait avant et qu’on n’avait pas de crème sur nous. »

"Accueuil pas chaleureux. Le personnel n'est pas compétent et formé. On sent qu'il ne sont pas du domaine de l'hôtelierie. Le cousin de la chambre horrible! Quand je suis arrivé au check-in, il y avait plusieurs personnes qui faisait changer les oreillers, je suppose que c'était leur 2ème nuits consécutives et que la 1ère était cata! De plus, les 2 frigos ouverts avec des produits laitiers étaient en pannes! Ce qui veut dire que tous les produits laitiers la chaine du froid a été coupé! SUPER dangereux pour une intoxication au lait coupé! Quand j'ai fait la remarques à la collboratrice, elle m'a répondu: Je suis débordé!!!! Sachant qu'elle n'a pas arrêté d'être sur son téléphone privé!"

"Hormis la vue, Chambre sale dès l'arrivée : poils sur le lit, murs sales, sol collant, rideaux tachés, télécommande sale et TV qui s'éteint seule. Salle de bain insalubre : joints et mitigeurs sales, humidité, calcaire, aucun produit fourni. Pas de frigo, fenêtres laissant entrer le froid, pas de prises électriques fonctionnant et au niveau des chevets. Je suis resté seulement deux heures avant de quitter l'hôtel. Je n'ai pas séjourné. J’ai juste payé l’hôtel pour repartir immédiatement :( "
