The staff are quite hospitable, and this building also houses (literally) a Hospitality School. …which is why some things were surprising. Poorly designed room with no/few outlets, weird room layout, no reading lamps, limited toiletries, no area rugs, difficult hotel layout and a very average breakfast made for a less than easy stay. We were in the “best” suite with a view of the lake and mountains and a nice balcony…but little else. The hospitality school could do a study project on this suite as far as layout and conveniences for their guests! But lots of great Freddie Mercury memorabilia and within walking distance to most everything. It feels like new construction and is quite clean.
